The last assignment of my senior year this year was a huge presentation and paper on any topic we desired. As God was laying this message on my heart and revealing Truth more and more to me, I decided to take the leap of faith and create a Biblically-based presentation and submit it for the biggest grade of the year. My topic is one that I hoped would catch many of my peers' attention. Many students, and especially many young women, in my public school did not understand much of what I believe as a young Christian woman, and that naturally fueled judgement toward the lifestyle I am living. Many would look down upon my beliefs as being "anti-woman" or "regressive", when in reality, living out God's design is made specifically for the progress of society: for our society to PROGRESS to a life that is more honoring to Him. We must always do our best to move from one state to one more holy and honoring to the Lord. This presentation and paper was also my way of introducing and explaining the beauty of the Bible and the Christian faith and why I, and other evangelical women, cannot identify with the modern feminist movement while maintaining a sound doctrine and theological point of view. I was so incredibly proud of the end-product because I knew it was God who had given me the right words to say and the right position of the heart to say it. I wanted to share this piece with you all for the hope that you would feel encouraged as a Christian woman in a feminist culture or enlightened as a non-believer, a feminist, or simply just a person who may not understand the convictions Christian women have and why many of us choose not to identify as feminists. Also, don't hesitate to reach out to me for prayer regarding this subject as a whole or any of the other topics mentioned throughout the paper or presentation. I wish you blessings and a heart to receive this Truth from the Heart of the Lord. Learn more about Jesus Christ ➳

Scripture to remember:
- "Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body." (1 Corinthians 6:19-20)
- "Like a gold ring in a pig's snout , is a beautiful woman without discretion." (Proverbs 11:22)
- "And I want women to be modest in their appearance. They should wear decent and appropriate clothing and not draw attention to themselves by the way they fix their hair or by wearing gold or pearls or expensive clothes." (1 Timothy 2:9)
- "She is clothed in strength and dignity and laughs without fear of the future." (Proverbs 31:25)
- "She is more precious than rubies; nothing you desire can compare to her." (Proverbs 3:15)
- "I appeal to you therefore, [sisters], by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship. Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect." (Romans 12:1-2)
